Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Current Work

Naomi is currently employed as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, where she works closely with local communities to assess and track the progress of their activities under the IFAD project. Her responsibilities include designing monitoring tools, collecting and analyzing data, conducting field visits, preparing evaluation reports, and providing feedback to improve project implementation. She plays a key role in ensuring that project goals are met effectively, identifying challenges and successes, and supporting the community in strengthening their capacity and accountability throughout the project cycle. Naomi is passionate about empowering communities and fostering resilience through education, environmental stewardship, and good governance.
