
Moala's role within the organization is committed to fostering strong relationships with our stakeholders through regular and meaningful interactions. She organizes and facilitates reports and live learning meetings, allowing stakeholders to stay informed and engaged with ongoing projects and initiatives. In addition, She actively assist in the proposal writing process, ensuring that ideas are clearly communicated and align with the mission and stakeholders' expectations. Start-up meetings with the community are designed to empower and involve local voices right from the beginning, fostering a sense of ownership and collaboration. She also prioritizes training sessions, equipping the team and community members with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive positive change. Furthermore, she helps conduct consultations with the community, actively listening and incorporating their feedback to ensure the initiatives address their needs effectively.

Each member of our team contributes to projects that support water, sanitation, hygiene (WASH), and climate resilience in schools and communities across Tonga. The projects listed here reflect the current areas this team member is supporting—whether through technical implementation, coordination, training, or community engagement. Assignments may vary based on expertise, project needs, and community priorities, and are updated as new initiatives are launched or expanded.
